These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and IITK Foundation for Medical Research & Technology ("FMRT"), an initiative of the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, operating through its Website at www.fmrt.co.in.

FMRT operates the Yadupati Singhania Hospital, the Cancer Care Centre, and associated medical research and innovation programmes on the IIT Kanpur campus, Kanpur – 208 016, Uttar Pradesh, India.

If you are accessing this Website on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.
