The Head Medical Services is responsible for providing strategic clinical leadership and ensuring the delivery of safe, ethical, patient-centric, and high-quality healthcare services across the hospital. The role oversees clinical governance, medical staff management, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and supports the hospital's strategic objectives.

The Infection Control Nurse is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring infection prevention and control practices to minimize healthcare-associated infections and ensure a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

The Quality Nurse is responsible for supporting and maintaining the hospital’s quality management and patient safety initiatives. The Blood Bank In charge/Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the blood bank, ensuring the safe collection, testing, processing, storage, and issue of blood and blood components while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and patient safety practices.

The Blood Bank Counsellor is responsible for providing pre-donation and post-donation counselling to blood donors, promoting voluntary blood donation, ensuring donor awareness and safety, and supporting donor recruitment and retention activities in compliance with applicable regulatory and quality standards.

The Assistant Nursing Superintendent (ANS) is responsible for assisting in the planning, organizing, directing, and monitoring of nursing services to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care. The role supports nursing administration in maintaining operational excellence, optimum manpower utilization, compliance with JCI/NABH/NABL standards, statutory regulations, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
